I loved the luxurious decor and the high tea service in the hotel's drawing room. The staff went above and beyond during my stay. They upgraded me to a beautiful suite for my fiancé's birthday and even had champagne waiting for us. The room was absolutely lovely with its airy design and comfortable amenities. We enjoyed ordering room service breakfast and the hotel's central location made it easy for us to explore the city, with the subway right around the corner.
