We had the best stay at this hotel. The personalized service was outstanding, and the staff were warm, welcoming, and helpful. The hotel facilities were excellent, with a wonderful gym and a spa-like bathroom in our spacious room. The location was perfect for exploring many great neighborhoods.

I had an incredible stay at this hotel. From the moment I walked in, the attentive staff made me feel welcomed and special. The cleanliness of the rooms was exceptional, and the hotel facilities were top-notch, especially the state of the art gym and pool. The location was perfect, with easy access to the 911 Memorial and Wall Street. The staff, including Katora at the front desk, Semir, and the lady that heads housekeeping, went above and beyond to assist me and make my stay memorable. I also appreciated the convenience of having a Starbucks nearby and enjoyed the excellent breakfast options. the service provided by this hotel was truly outstanding.

We had a fantastic stay in downtown. The hotel is clean, with excellent facilities and friendly staff. The location is perfect, just a short walk from the 911 Memorial and Wall Street. The door man was always helpful and the hotel provided convenient parking options. Transportation in this city is easy to access, making it convenient for us to explore different neighborhoods. The breakfast was delicious and the beds were extremely comfortable.
There was nothing I didn't like.
The staff was superb, attending to every detail and providing the best service we have ever encountered at a hotel! The location was good, near the World Trade Center and an easy walk to Soho. The breakfast was delicious, especially the outstanding muffins. The rooms were clean and comfortable with extra comfy beds. The hotel facilities were state of the art, including a fantastic gym and pool.
