The location of this hotel is absolutely amazing. It is just a few feet away from the red steps of Times Square, making it incredibly accessible to everything in Manhattan. The check-in process was phenomenal with exceptional staff who were helpful and friendly. They even let us check in early. The room was cozy and the bed was extra comfy. The hotel bar had excellent service and the bartender really knows how to pour. Another great aspect was feeling safe throughout my stay, thanks to the superb concierge and beautiful lobby.

The room was neat and clean, and the hotel was conveniently located close to Times Square, theaters, food, and bars. It was also within walking distance to all the main sights and the city center. The staff was friendly and helpful.
