We absolutely loved our stay at this hotel. The cleanliness was top-notch, and the hotel facilities were impressive. The 24-hour gym had everything we needed for a good workout and was never crowded. The staff, especially the friendly front desk team, made us feel welcome and treated us with respect and kindness. Additionally, the location in the neighborhood was fantastic, with plenty of coffee shops and healthy grocers nearby.
Can honestly say there wasn't anything not to like.
The hotel was clean and had great facilities. The location was in a very quiet neighborhood. It was near the metro station and easy to get around. The staff was friendly and helpful.

I had the best hotel experience at The Box House. The hotel facilities were perfect with beautiful, spacious rooms, a nice-sized gym, and a great sauna. The staff was amazing and made my stay even more enjoyable. From the moment I arrived, Alicia was extremely professional and friendly, providing excellent service. The hotel's own cab service was a convenient way to get to the nearest underground stop, especially in the rain. The location was also fantastic, with easy access to grand central station. a top-notch experience that I would highly recommend to anyone visiting this city.
